These SMS Terms apply to Benemio texts, the text message (SMS) program of Vitalyn Labs Inc. (operating as Benemio).

What you will receive

When you sign up, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Benemio, such as offers and product news, at the mobile phone number you provide. If you also opt in to order and account updates, we will text you about your orders and account.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any text to cancel. We will send one text to confirm, then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@benemio.com.

Eligibility and delivery

Benemio texts are available to US mobile numbers only. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
