Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping right now. If that changes, we will update this page.

Processing time

Orders usually leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Any window we publish is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays and weather can change arrival dates. Once the carrier has the package, timing is largely outside our control, but we will still help you track it down if it stalls.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order total. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time past the estimate, email contact@benemio.com with your order number. We will check with the carrier and, when it makes sense, send a replacement.

Wrong address

Please confirm your address at checkout. If the address you entered is wrong, we are not responsible for the carrier delivering there. Contact us as soon as you notice a mistake; if the package has not shipped, we may still be able to fix it.
