Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched:

  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Australia: 7-14 business days
  • New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • Netherlands: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. We are not liable for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Orders above a qualifying threshold ship free. The applicable threshold is displayed at checkout.

International shipments and customs

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We are not able to predict or control these charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@benemio.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
