Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are consumable wellness supplements, we do not accept returns on opened items. This is standard practice for health and supplement products and ensures quality and safety for every customer.
That said, we want every experience with Benemio to be a good one.
First-order satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your first Benemio purchase, contact us at contact@benemio.com within 30 days of delivery. We will review your situation and work to make it right. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or defective products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@benemio.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Unopened products
Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. We do not accept unsolicited returns. Once a return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and cover the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items and gift cards
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union, 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you of the approval decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at contact@benemio.com.
